JOHN E. PETERSON
Chairman
John earned his B.S. Degree from Arizona State University and holds an International Management Diploma from Oxford University in Great Britain. He has over 45 years of experience in the insurance industry where he specializes in client self-insured programs, as well as commercial property and casualty insurance. John had over 13 years of successful tenure as a Chief Executive Officer for several large international insurance brokerage firms. John has been responsible for the management and direction of US operations in captive formation and management consulting for many large insurance companies. John founded RMS in 1988 to specialize in captive insurance company management and alternative risk financing, both on and offshore.
In addition to John’s extensive insurance industry knowledge, he has acquired the following accreditations:

DAVID COOPER
President
David earned his B.A. in marketing in 1993 and his Master’s degree in business thereafter from Arizona State University. David has more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and has the responsibility of managing the day-to-day business operations of RMS and our insurance company relationships. David works directly with our captive clientele to produce risk management solutions to improve their overall risk portfolio.
In addition to focusing on commercial insurance client opportunities, David has acquired the following designations:

Lori joined RMS in 2017. She comes to us with a Business Degree from the University of New Mexico. She currently holds an Arizona Property and Casualty License and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. Lori is responsible for our sports and recreation programs as well as event insurance. She manages our Non-Profit Directors & Officers Program and is helping with all of our amateur sports program insurance.

DEBBIE WILLIAMS

Debbie began her insurance career in 1979 as a personal lines underwriter in Ohio. After 8 years in personal lines she migrated to commercial claims handling responsibilities and account management for commercial lines. Debbie remained in commercial lines after moving to Arizona where she worked for a large insurance company and an agency as an Account Manager. Debbie has become an integral part of RMS, adding her extensive insurance experience in multiple fields. Debbie is our Senior Account Executive and manages a large portion of our commercial lines business and helps manage the day-to- day activities of our specialized swimming programs.

KRYSTAL KRUG
Account Executive
Krystal joined Risk Management Services (RMS) in October of 2022 from our merger with Hill Insurance Services. She has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and has focused on all facets of coverage lines. Krystal is managing accounts in commercial lines, personal lines, and has been getting involved in our amateur sports insurance since coming to RMS. Krystal has a “knack” for writing bonds of all kinds and we affectionately call her the “Bond Girl”. Krystal maintains a property and casualty license and is working on multiple industry designations.

CASIE CROCKER
Account Executive
oined Risk Management Services (RMS) in October of 2022 from our merger with Hill Insurance Services. Casie has been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years and had the unique experience of working for and learning from both parents who were principals at Hill Insurance Services and highly respected within the industry. Casie specializes in artesian contractors, general contractors, energy, architect and engineers, and technology. Casie works in both commercial lines and personal lines, as well as handling our group health insurance clients.

Morgan is the newest member of RMS and brings with her a specialty in Personal Lines coverage. Since 2018, she has been dedicated to the insurance industry, providing clients with tailored coverage solutions to meet their unique needs. Morgan is a licensed professional in both Personal Lines and Property and Casualty. She is committed to delivering exceptional service and comprehensive coverage options to help clients protect what matters most.
